Shipping policy


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 “LOCAL”  pickup shall ONLY be selected at checkout when you’re picking up an order if you live in South Florida.

Orders will ship within 2-5 business days of receiving payment. Orders require 3-7 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination.

Anything purchased 30” inches or longer must be custom made and takes 3-7 days to ship and 3-7 days to receive after it has been shipped. 

Wig hats take 3-7 days to make and ship out, and 3-5 days to receive. 

Shipping confirmation and tracking are available via email as soon as your order has shipped.

DUE TO COVID, YOU MAY EXPERIENCE DELIVERIES ARRIVING LATER THAN EXPECTED! 

We do not operate on weekends. Any orders placed on Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed first thing the following Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected at checkout. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Beauty Beeee is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
We do NOT refund shipping charges for orders returned.

Shipping 6-14 business days. $35 for express shipping. 

EXPRESS SHIPMENT

All express Shipments are processed by 5 pm EST. Express shipping is $35. Once an express shipment is placed please contact Beauty Beeee to verify we have received your request. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS, FEDEX, OR DHL.


 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!
 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF THE SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER-RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!



Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select USPS Priority shipping service. Once again we are not responsible for the package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance. 

If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service of your choice. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS.
